Youth’s Scheme to boost community in Bountai District
The Lao people’s Revolutionary Youth Union in collaborated with ERIKSHJALPEN of Sweden have paid attention to the communities development in 6 villages in Bountai district in Phongsaly province, the purpose of the project is to aim to update the authorities and people on the education, health and agriculture, and the project also aims to relieve the poverty of the people in the poor villages, this project has implemented since 2008 and also carry on to 2012, due to the endorsing from the Ministry of Foreign Affair,
After 3 years of the project implementation, the project committee administration had hold the conference at the Bountai district administrative office in Phonsaly province in 10th February 2011,

Mr Khamphanh Sittidampa General Secretary
Party member conference officially closed
The party conference was hold at the Lao Youth Union in the end ofDecember last year, that presided by Mr Khampanh Sitidampa a party secretary ,a General secretary of the Lao Youth Union, and participated the conference by Mr Vanna Duangphachanh, a deputy party secretary, a deputy General secretary of the LYU, Mr Vilayvong Bouddakham, a deputy party secretary, a deputy General secretary of the LYU, Dr Onkoe Phommakone deputy personnel board of the central party, and the party members also participated in the conference. |

In order to boost the local youth to establish the propaganda to welcome to the ninth conference of the Lao People’s Revolutionary party and the sixth conference of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Youth Union that will start in the short future
Mr Vilayvong Bouddakam deputy general secretary of the LPRYU and representative youth officials from the LPRYU had worked in 4 southern provinces such as Champaksak, Salavanh, Sekong and Attapue provinces in the end of January 2011,

HIV/AIDS prevention Lecture
Lao Youth Union in collaborated with HIV/AIDS prevention Centre had hold the Lecture on HIV/AIDS prevention to the youth officers and the youth from phon thanh secondary shool in saisetha district, Vientiane capital city in 14th December 2010, the lecture was hold at the Lao youth Union that participated by Dr Sonethanou THAMMAVONg, head of Propaganda and Training Department deputy departments and chief of Division also participated.
The lecture was lectured by Dr Chanhsi PHIMMACHANH head of the HIV/AIDS prevention Centre as she had shown the static of the blood checking from 1990- 2010,
